I was honoured when Terri and Garry got in touch with me to capture their wedding at the amazing White Hart Inn boutique venue.
When I first met Terri and Garry they informed me they were getting married at the White Hart, but I was a little confused as they didn’t seem like the kind of couple that would get married at such a run-down and basic venue. It wasn’t until we arranged the pre-wedding shoot at the venue that I released I had the wrong White Hart!! The White Hart at Moorwood Moor is a delightful rural venue with a modern country vibe, amazing food and beautiful grounds.
In the morning of the wedding I went to Terri’s parents home for the bridal preps and all the girls were relaxed and in good spirits for the day ahead. After a lovely ceremony in Chesterfield we did a great job of dodging the hail downpour whilst travelling to the venue. When the new Mr and Mrs arrived we did a few photos in the rain with Alf insisting he held the brolly.
During the afternoon the sun came out and we walked down to the pond area which provided a lovely backdrop for photos. It was a pleasure to shoot Terri and Garry’s wedding as they are such a happy and easy going couple and it was a privilege to be part of the big day.
