What a day at Thornbridge Hall 🤍 With family and What a day at Thornbridge Hall 🤍 With family and friends travelling over from Canada to celebrate, it made for a pretty special day. One of my favourite parts of the day was the first look in the beautiful Italian Garden. It was actually the first time I've photographed a wedding this way, and I can honestly say I'm a big fan. Having that moment together before the ceremony meant we could enjoy a relaxed wander around the grounds for portraits before the celebrations really got underway. The outdoor ceremony was blessed with perfect weather, followed by drinks on the immaculate lawns overlooking the hall. A fantastic day from start to finish and a real pleasure to capture and some wonderful suppliers... Bridal prep took place at the beautiful Mill Cottage which is such a lovely, quaint space with the dreamiest window light for those getting-ready moments! ✨ Much like myself, these two are proper coffee lovers ☕️ and absolutely nailed their theme with the “Find Your Bean” table plan to creating their own custom blend with Two Chimps Coffee for guests to take home! 👏 Storm Dave had been threatening all week, but come the day, the groom (Dave) was the only one who showed up!! 🤣 The Rivermill is a wonderful venue set in the characterful industrial Darley Abbey Mills. The brickwork, the mills, the ironwork, the pub…I love everything about shooting here. We had the best day with an amazing crowd, brilliant team and a beautiful fun couple.
